In a shop on the corner of that place you went once, you find a map of your hometown. Later you unfold it and stick it on the wall. It's there to remind you of a place that once was home. Even so, there are some mornings when the gentle curve of coastline looks unfamiliar. You close the door and head off to your desk in the city, knowing that you can't will the ocean closer.
